Delivering high quality linked data for evidence-based research and policy evaluation

Project Management and Reporting

In accordance with the need to ensure that projects are effectively planned and deliver the required outcomes, the Project Management Reporting Framework has been implemented for the following Projects Types:

  • Statistical Linkage Projects being undertaken by SA NT DataLink Unit for Consortium members and other parties.
  • Internal SA NT DataLink Process Improvement Projects with oversight provided by the Director and the SA NT DataLink Consortium Executive Committee.
  • Consortium Member partner's projects which are deemed to require oversight and reporting to the SA NT Data Linkage Steering Committee.

The framework includes templates and forms to assist Project Officers and Teams Members to plan, monitor and successfully deliver projects.

Project Lifecycle

The high level project lifecycle has four phases:

  • Start the Project
  • Initiate (Detailed Planning and Approvals)
  • Deliver the Project
  • Close the Project
